This policy explains how the CBLE Mastery mobile app handles information. CBLE Mastery is an independent study tool for the U.S. Customs Broker License Examination.
The app stores study progress, answers, saved items, mock-exam history and study preferences on your device. Core features do not require an account, and we do not operate a server that stores your study progress.
CBLE Mastery is free and uses Google AdMob to show banner ads on browse and read screens, and interstitial ads after a finished practice or mock session. Google and its advertising partners may process IP address, advertising identifiers, device and network information, and ad-impression or interaction data to deliver, measure and protect advertising. The app is offered in storefronts worldwide except the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. In those available markets the app may request personalised ads. The app does not currently use a consent management platform. Store listings exclude the EEA, the UK and Switzerland so those users cannot install from Google Play or the App Store. An ad failure never prevents practice, mock exams, scores, explanations or navigation. All released papers and constructed mock forms are available without watching an ad.
If you contact us, we receive the email address and content you voluntarily send. We use it only to respond to your request.
We do not sell personal information. Advertising information is handled by Google and its partners as described above. Local study data remains until you clear your progress in the app or uninstall it. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain support records.
CBLE Mastery is intended for adult professional-exam learners and is not directed to children.
