This policy explains how the RE1 Ready mobile app handles information. RE1 Ready is an independent study tool for South African financial-services regulatory exam preparation.
The app stores study progress, answers, saved items, mock-exam history, display name and study preferences on your device. Core features do not require an account, and we do not operate a server that stores your study progress.
RE1 Ready is free and uses Google AdMob to show banner ads in Lookup and interstitial ads after a drill round or when leaving a mock-exam result. Google and its advertising partners may process IP address, advertising identifiers, device and network information, and ad-impression or interaction data to deliver, measure and protect advertising. At launch the app is distributed in South Africa. In the app’s You screen, you can choose whether ads may be personalised. On iOS, the app does not request Apple tracking permission and requests non-personalised ads. On Android, turning personalised ads off requests non-personalised ads where supported. An ad failure never prevents practice, mock exams, scores, explanations, navigation or privacy access. All Lookup references are available without watching an ad.
If you contact us, we receive the email address and content you voluntarily send. We use it only to respond to your request.
We do not sell personal information. Advertising information is handled by Google and its partners as described above. Local study data remains until you clear your progress in the app or uninstall it. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain support records.
RE1 Ready is intended for adult professional-exam learners and is not directed to children.
